10 mins therapy session notes/contact to other professionals related to clients care team/ guardian updates if not present for session.
Therapy Planning Time / Non-Therapy Time
Cost: $193.99 Duration: 1hr
Description: 60 mins of therapy planning activities for participant and guardian discussion about strategies for home.
Description: 60 mins of non-therapy time dedicated to contact with other professionals related to clients care team/guardian updates if not present for session, letters and phone calls to associated professionals and NDIS.
Report for Plan Review
Cost: $193.99/hour Duration hours: from 2 to 6
Description: Comprehensive report documenting progress, barriers, goals/recommendations and recommended supports for next plan
Travel Time
Cost: Travel- Individual prices may vary and are calculated per client. Please talk to your therapist about your individual travel rates.
Duration up to max 1hr per session (this would be rare as we aim to reduce travel)
Description: Providers can claim up to 30 minutes travel each way at the hourly rate of the relevant support item to the participant e.g., 10 minutes travel from office to the participant.

Description: Behavioural Therapy to assist with a range of goals
Strength & Conditioning/ Allied Health Assistant
Your therapist may refer you for additional support with a Strength & Conditioning/Allied Health Assistant
Therapy Assistance
Cost: $ 86.79/1hr (*+ travel)
Description: Continuation with therapy plan as outlined by Allied Health professional
