  • You can wear anything you are comfortable having treating in. Ideally something light and comfortable will provide ease of treatment.

  • BHT has all equipment required to effectively manage clients within the home. If you require more equipment within the home BHT can assist in providing equipment to enable any individual programs.

  • When you have a BHT consultation a thorough individualised history will be taken with a focus on the individual’s personal goals. A plan will be made collaboratively, with a clear concise explanation of your condition and proposed treatment. Treatment may consist of a range of modalities including but not limited to: 

    Manual therapy

    Exercise therapy

    Education

    Comprehensive review of functional impairments and specific management strategies to address any deficits.

  • Payment for community-based services will be within a week of service, after receiving an invoice.

  • All payment methods will be accepted

  • Private health varies between providers. Individual rebate rates will depend on the individual’s health insurance.  

  • Due to the nature of community based therapy, we are unable to provide swipe services. You can claim online, or in person at a local health fund office.

  • BHT utilises a range of providers to organise a vast range of equipment. Call us to discuss anything you would like.
